The service creates, edits and exports content using artificial intelligence. Provider and contact details appear at the end of this document.
For a paid order, payment for the selected plan after reviewing its price, duration, scope and this offer constitutes acceptance. The selected order details and payment confirmation form part of the contract. Free use does not create an obligation to buy a subscription. Registration alone does not authorise a charge or automatic payments. You must have capacity to enter into the contract and obtain a legal representative's consent where required.
Mint AI lets you submit topics, generate text, carousels, stories, scripts and other available formats, edit results and export them in supported formats. Features, limits and access duration are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Services are provided remotely over the internet, in a desktop or mobile browser, in the Russian Federation and elsewhere — wherever the site is available. No physical goods or shipping are involved. Internet access and a compatible browser are required.
Create an account at getmintai.ru and sign in. Once the payment service confirms successful payment, paid features are made available in that same account for the selected period — one month or one year. The end of the paid period or the next charge date is shown in Settings under Subscription. Generated content appears in your account for editing and downloading. If payment is confirmed but access is missing, email support@getmintai.app with your account email, order date and number. The Provider will check the payment and restore access or consider a refund under the Refund Policy.
The free plan costs 0 ₽. Mint Pro costs 990 ₽ per month or 7,990 ₽ per year; the annual amount is paid in a single charge. Prices and payments are in Russian rubles. Plan features, duration and the final amount are displayed before payment. Payment is in advance using an available checkout method. If checkout is unavailable, a paid order cannot be placed through the site. Payments are processed by the service identified in the form; for YooKassa payments, the Provider remains the supplier and contracting party. Payment details are entered into the payment service's secure form. The Provider creates a receipt through the Russian ‘My Tax’ system and sends it by email or another agreed method within the statutory period. Keep the receipt and the payment confirmation from your bank or the payment service: they prove payment and will be needed for any request about access, cancellation or a refund. The price of an already paid period is not changed retroactively.
Automatic renewal is permitted only after your separate, explicit agreement to the amount, frequency and recurring charge terms at checkout. Without that agreement, subsequent payments must be made manually. You may cancel future renewals and withdraw permission to use stored payment details through available subscription controls or by emailing support@getmintai.app from your account email. After receiving the withdrawal, those details are not used for new recurring charges. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends unless you request termination and a refund. Refund conditions are set out separately.
Where a trial is offered at checkout, the standard duration is 3 days free. Eligibility and any promotional conditions are displayed before confirmation. After the trial, the selected plan costs 990 ₽ per month or 7,990 ₽ per year. An automatic charge requires your separate consent; you may cancel renewal before the trial ends. If no trial is offered at checkout, it is not included in the order.
You are responsible for accurate contact details, account security and rights to uploaded materials. Rights in source materials remain with their owners. You permit processing of materials only to the extent necessary to provide the service. AI results may be inaccurate, resemble other results or require checks of third-party rights. Before publishing, you must check facts, legality and accuracy. The Provider does not promise a particular number of views, sales or other commercial results.
When using the service, you must not:
You may request cancellation and a refund at support@getmintai.app. An additional full refund guarantee applies to requests within 7 calendar days of payment where fewer than 5 generations were used during the paid period. This guarantee supplements and does not restrict statutory rights. Other requests are assessed under mandatory law, services provided and documented actual costs where deducting them is lawful. Opening an account or starting to use the service does not remove mandatory rights. See the Refund Policy for the request procedure.
The parties are liable under applicable law. Technical faults and alleged rights violations are considered individually; this offer does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. You may contact support to resolve a concern. Replies and lawful remedies are provided within statutory deadlines. Disputes are resolved under the law of the Russian Federation by a competent court, preserving statutory consumer rights to choose the place of proceedings.
New offer versions apply to orders placed after publication and do not retroactively reduce services already paid for. Violations may result in access restrictions to the extent necessary, with a right to contact support. Termination does not prevent consideration of a lawful refund request.
