Version dated October 20, 2026
This policy describes personal data processing when you use Mint AI at getmintai.ru. The data controller and service provider is Григорец Владислав Павлович (Vladislav Pavlovich Grigorets). It covers website visitors, service users and support requests.
Григорец Владислав Павлович. Russian tax ID (INN): 253910308600. Self-employed individual paying Russian professional income tax (NPD). Correspondence address: г. Владивосток, ул. Русская, д. 54, кв. 53. Phone: +79510000105. Email: support@getmintai.app. Please use the email subject ‘Personal data’ for data protection requests.
We process information you provide when registering and using the service, together with necessary technical information:
Data is processed to enter into and perform a contract with you, fulfil legal obligations and protect the service and participants' rights. Where consent is required by law, it must be obtained separately; reading this policy does not substitute for such consent.
Mint AI uses external technical services. Data needed for each function is shared with Timeweb, a hosting provider in Russia, for hosting the site and relaying requests to Convex and file storage through its server in Russia; WorkOS for authentication; Convex for account and project data; Cloudflare for file storage and delivery (R2, CDN); AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google for prompts and materials; PostHog for product analytics; and Sentry for error diagnosis. When you pay, order information is shared with the payment service identified at checkout, including YooKassa when that option is selected. Data may also be disclosed in response to a lawful request from an authorised authority.
Mint AI's technical infrastructure uses foreign providers. Data may be processed outside the Russian Federation. Applicable requirements for localisation and the grounds and procedures for cross-border transfers must be met separately by the controller. This policy and acceptance of the public offer do not replace legally required grounds, notices or consents. Do not upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or passport, health, banking or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for creating content.
Data is retained for as long as needed for its processing purpose. Account and project information is used while you use the service; content availability depends on your plan. On request, data is deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by law, an active contract or a substantiated dispute. Backups expire according to technical providers' retention cycles. Payment and correspondence records may be retained for legally required periods.
We use secure connections, authentication and access restrictions. No internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Report a suspected leak, unauthorised project access or compromised account to support@getmintai.app. Please help protect your data too:
You may request information about processing, seek correction, restriction or deletion where legally justified, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to an authorised authority or court. Email support@getmintai.app from your account address. Proportionate identity verification may be required to protect your data. Requests are handled within applicable statutory deadlines. Withdrawal of consent does not end processing for which another lawful basis remains.
Cookies and local storage support sign-in, language and preferences, and analytics. You can remove or restrict them in your browser; this may require signing in again or affect site functions. The current policy is published here with its revision date. Updating this policy does not itself extend any previously given consent.
